Complaint

Our service team is ready to help you if you experience a defective product of which we are a distributor. It is important that you, as a consumer, contact the retailer where you bought your product. Next, the dealer will make sure to contact us and have a complaint case set up. The dealer can see the status of the complaint case at any time. If you as a consumer have questions about your current complaint, you must contact the dealer.

Guarantee
Xtrahunt provides a 1-year warranty and 2-year right of complaint on all products. In addition, Xtrahunt provides an extraordinary combined 3-year guarantee on all HIKMICRO products.

How to submit a complaint
As a dealer, you must first login in the top right corner. Next, our XtraBot icon appears in the lower right corner. Click on this and fill in all fields. It is important that all fields are filled in carefully, so that we have the best prerequisites to understand your experience of the defect in question with the product. Describe how, when and under what circumstances the defect occurs with the product.
If you experience errors or deficiencies in a product, please fill in the form below. Our service team will then contact you to follow up on the matter.

Return everything to us
It is important that you return everything relating to the product to us. This means that you must return all accessories that were included in the original packaging together with the now defective product.

Handling fee
Our technical department reviews and analyzes returned products where defects are suspected.
Each and every product is thoroughly examined, and if no defect is detected with the product in question, we impose a handling fee of DKK 300.

Shipping fee
The dealer pays the shipping fee himself, as the product is sent back to us. If our service team detects a defect in the returned product, we will of course cover the dealer's shipping fee.
